System Design

In choosing BrantTel Networks to be your solutions provider you have engaged in a process that will ensure that your desired return on Investment is realized. Your BrantTel System Designer orchestrates your “five star” implementation. The system Designer will review your functional business departments and attain an understanding of your corporate and communication goals. The System Designer also attains, reviews and recommends an optimum level of network services or required trunking. Often this consultation gives BrantTel customers a better understanding of the services required to create an efficient communications environment. This consultation often results in cost savings and enhanced satisfaction for your clients.

The System Designer will work closely with you to analyze your departmental needs including: call flow, call answering, networking requirements, call center applications, reporting requirements, staffing considerations, system security, long distance savings, self system administration, Corporate messaging policy, etc.

The System Designer will custom program the system and provide a burn in time for the system software and hardware to be tested. This is an assurance program for 100% uptime upon installation of your new communications equipment.

The end result is that your Designer has customized your system to ensure that you have addressed all needs within your business. These needs will be translated into the processing power of your new communications system and your return on investment in the new technology is realized.

Project Management

Ultimately the new implementation of your communications system must be well co-ordinated and planned to ensure success. Our BrantTel Project Management team is certified and utilizes a critical path approach and GANTT chart management tools. Some projects take several weeks of planning, organizing and task completion, which all have a direct impact on the success of the project. The BrantTel Project Manager is responsible for the quality control of the new installation. The end result is an implementation process with a plan and a result that is unparalleled in the industry.

Training

A key important to the success of the new installation is the training of your staff. BrantTel trainers will lead every staff member in small Groups to learn the functionality and benefits of your new solution. Typically, before the final installation is completed, training is provided by fully qualified Avaya trainers and the training is re-enforced with additional support upon installation. BrantTel includes training in all new implementations as it is important that your staff realizes the full value of the investment.

System Hardware Installation

Your communications equipment will be physically installed by one of our many certified field technicians. Your BrantTel field technician will ensure that the all installation standards are met and your equipment room is neat and well organized for optimum serviceability. No matter the solution being installed, the BrantTel Networks installation team will ensure that the installation meets all specifications for the optimum performance of your equipment.
